Strength and power isn't everything - technique is crucial in achieving your goals.
Video analysis is an integral part of coaching at ROAP. Getting strong is great, but if you cannot move efficiently, strength is wasted. Obviously we offer this product in-person, but also remotely - anywhere in the world.
THE PROCESS
What happens if you can’t access Robin and Alex in person? Don’t worry!
Remote Coaching is something Alex and Robin do every day, be it with training plans or video analysis.
Robin and Alex provide remote video analysis for hundreds of climbers worldwide. You will simply send in high-quality videos over a mutual platform and either/both coaches will break down your flaws and provide you with the answers on how to improve and climb your projects.
Our ROAP coaches will either ask for specific climbs to be recorded so they can analyse your “default style” or they may ask you to send in footage of you trying a project (indoors and out). Communication will be crucial as will good quality footage. Each video will be broken down with in-depth analysis - recording over your footage highlighting exactly where you are going wrong and what you need to do to improve.

(*maximum time for each video is 3mins long - min 720p quality and only 1 climb per vid. If you are not on a ROAP plan, a minimum of 5 videos must be purchased initially)
