ROAP Coaching has a no returns or cancellation policy.
Over the years both Alex and Robin have been coaching, neither have had a client refuse to pay, cancel a plan or ask for a refund.
We strongly believe this is down to the products we offer, our skillset and communication.
When it comes to training plans, people can get injured, change location, have unforeseen circumstances occur and that’s OK. We will be here to help you. Although we want our athletes to go through a full training phase, we accept that sometimes people have to put like on hold.
We will work around you - whether that means altering plans to suit current circumstances or halting training until you give us the all clear.
We have had clients in war zones, accidents, changed the country they live in, gone on a long climbing trip, had no access to facilities - we work around them and have always received positive feedback.
If there is an aspect of a plan you are not happy with, let your coaches know. They can delve into the details and work out a way that will make sure you are satisfied.
